Thirty years have passed since we began operating our flagship “LaLaport Tokyo-Bay” commercial facility. What started as a suburban shopping center has grown into more than 50 facilities nationwide today, ranging from outlet malls to metropolitan facilities.
In addition to our main business of commercial facilities management, which includes store operation management, sales management, promotion, and facility management, LaLaport Management also develop each facilitiy’s promotion strategy utilizing its accumulated customer data to make it the most attractive.
Our goal is to create an attractive commercial space that offers fresh fun and enjoyment, and makes customers want to visit the facility again and again.
